Please note that credit card payments for RENTO FUN are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). Therefore, TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

Activities Pick-up Time
All guests are requested to be ready 15 minutes for pick-up before activity scheduled time.
Cancelation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Airport transportation
Bus transportation from the airport to hotels must be pre-reserved and prepaid prior to arriving in Bonaire.
Bus transportation from hotels to the airport must be pre-reserved and prepaid 48 hours prior to departure date.
Cruise Passengers
We are conveniently located just 5 min walking distance from the North Pier and 8 min from the South Pier.
When you excit the terminal gate make a left to Kaya Grandi (Down Town). Walk past the end of Kaya
Grandifor about 100m and find our Head Office on your left. Business hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm
